Celebrated in Amália Rodrigues Fado, Diamond Guest House is located in Rua da Palma which is one of the principal streets of Lisbon. The building features the original stucco works on the ceilings. Free WiFi access is available in most of the rooms and all common areas some rooms.

The entire building is designated non smoking and has just been fitted with the latest fire detection system.
Dating back to the late nineteenth century the building maintains many of the original features having been used by the Portuguese Ministry of Defence during the Revolution

All rooms have a flat-screen TV, high ceilings and access to shared bathroom facilities. Some include a balcony.

There is a colourful shared kitchen for guests’ use. It includes a refrigerator,Kettle,Toaster and a microwave and ceramic hob.There is a supermarket located next door to the hostel. Guests are also a few steps from several dining options.
Nightlife is varied and plentiful with the busy Baixa Chiado district a 5 minute walk away.

The nearest metro station is Martim Moniz, located within a 4-minute walk. Guests can rent a bicycle at Diamond Guest House and explore this hilly city.

Rossio Square is within 700 metros away and features metro, bus and train connections. Lisbon International Airport is a 11-minute metro ride.
